Yes. Although it’s “permanent” in the sense that it doesn’t have a clasp, you can remove it by carefully cutting the jump ring with scissors or small wire cutters.

What happens if it breaks?
If your chain breaks, keep the chain and contact us. Normal wear and tear can happen, and we’ll do our best to help you with a repair or re-weld, depending on the situation.

Can it be re-welded?
In most cases, yes. As long as you still have the chain and it’s in good condition, we can usually re-weld it for you. Reach out to us to schedule a quick repair appointment.

What if I need an MRI or medical procedure?
If your doctor or technician asks you to remove your jewelry, you can cut the jump ring to take it off. Keep the chain, and after your procedure you can contact us to have it re-welded.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild soap and water if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes directly on the chain to keep it looking its best.
